Jodell Jordan

Jodell Jordan is a multi-unit franchise owner, executive coach and business consultant with decades of experience leading people, building systems and navigating the realities of growth, change and complex business environments.

She leads a seven-location franchise portfolio generating more than $12 million in annual revenue and employing 150+ people, with responsibility across operations, profitability, leadership development, team performance and organizational structure. Having built and led a business at that scale, Jodell brings something particularly practical to her coaching: she has lived the problems she helps leaders solve.

Her work focuses on helping leaders see what is actually happening beneath the presenting problem: where systems are breaking down, where accountability is unclear, where communication is getting lost, and where leadership behaviour is affecting business results. Trained in executive coaching through Royal Roads University, she brings together coaching, operational experience and systems thinking to help leaders move from insight into action.

She is also an author, leadership-program creator and board member, with a particular strength in seeing the whole system, not just the problem sitting on the surface.
