Jeff Lefler is the founder and CEO of Franchise Grade, the research and analysis platform behind many of the most informed franchise investment decisions in North America. He has more than 15 years of small-business experience, about a decade of it in franchising, as a multi-unit franchisee, a consultant, and a franchisee association president.
A Canada Bread franchisee since 2006, Jeff founded the National Bread Network in 2008, an independent franchisee association he led as President. That first-hand experience on the franchisee side shaped the mission of Franchise Grade: to give buyers and franchisors an honest, data-backed picture of how a franchise system really performs.
Today Jeff helps clients see past the marketing. He grades systems on the metrics that matter, reads the fine print in Franchise Disclosure Documents, and points buyers toward opportunities that actually fit what they want.
